Cv = Q / sqrt (ΔP). Where Q = flow rate in gpm and ΔP is in psi.
E.g., a Cv of 27.5 has a flow of 27.5 gpm at a 1 psi drop.
At a 5 psi drop the flow rate is 27.5 * sqrt(5) = 61.5 gpm.
